Creating Audit Criteria Retention Units

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the System Wide section, click Lists.
    Result: The Lists window is displayed.
  3. Click Add/Modify Existing List Object Values.
  4. Click the drop down button and select Audit Criteria Retention Unit.
  5. Click Next.
    Result: The Audit Criteria Retention Unit edit window is displayed.
  1. To add a new option to the list, click the Add button and then modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value, and/or Sort Order fields.
    OR
    To edit an existing option in the list, modify the appropriate List Value, Parent List Value,and/or Sort Order fields.
  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: All changes are now reflected in the list.
